    Terms for the Consumer

  • Artepiu' Ceramica d'Este certifies that its ceramics are entirely hand made, wih artisan manufacturing and avantguarde techniques, from clay to the polychrome decorations, and third and fourth fire techniques, when materials are gold and platinum.
     

  • Prices include VAT and may vary depending on orders typology, quantity, payment ways and so on.
  • For particular orders discounts can be made.

  • For the consumer packing is free.

  • Shipping is made by Artepiu' on customer's charge.

  • For shipping Artepiu' uses the National Postal Service, but on demand other couriers can be used in addition.

  • Artepiu' applies for shipping the National Postal Service ordinary fares, or, in case, other couriers' fares, at customer choice.  

  • Goods are shipped on customer's own risk.
